Hi. Can u tell me how the process works and how long it took to get the invite. I had used this very same referral code yesterday and still haven’t heard back from hulu with an actual invite.

I don’t think they’ve opened up the system yet. They’re inviting people in in small groups. They’ve received thousands of requests, so I’m sure they’re going to take their time.

It does. If you don’t use it, you’re in the secondary queue, which means you wait even longer. I suspect that it will lose value over time. If I find one that is instant, I will let you know.

I’m really looking forward to this service. It’s odd to me that they’re doing such a limited roll-out initially. What is there to test? Or is it just that they want people like me to want the service more. Might this referal code help alleviate the waiting?

I hear the code does reduce the wait time. I think it’s losing effectiveness because everyone has it, but I’m not sure. I think they just want to see if there are any bugs. I’m sure the full service will come online soon.
